Eat less to lose weight work?

Eating less to lose weight is one of the three popular weight loss mistakes everyone makes.

Do you know how your digestive system works? Do you know that everything we eat will transform into our body’s Qi?

Our ancestors discovered everything, including humans, is formed by specific life energy. They called that life energy Qi.

Qi supports your daily activities, including your physical movement, internal organ functions, and even your emotions.

Our body’s Qi is replenished majorly from what you eat and drink. Your inner organs are in the role of transforming food into Qi.

So if there is anything wrong with the digestive system, the part that can not turn into Qi will be stored as fat. Eating less won’t change that. This is a territory that the western medical system can not touch.

Through Qigong practice, you can enhance your body’s function to absorb external Qi directly. That way, Your body will naturally take less food. That’s why qigong is the best way to lose weight.

But before you can take external Qi directly, eating less or picking food to lose weight will not work as expected.
