A routine to strengthen your teeth
Create a practice routine to address the common teeth and related problems:
- sensitive teeth
- sensitive gums
- tooth decay
- bad breath
- digestion issues
How to build this routine
Step 1, go to Qigong tab, and select Customize Practice.
Step 2, tab + sign to add a new routine
Step 3, add the following practices one by one. Here are our recommended sequences:
- Clicking teeth, 20 times
- Rotating tongue, 5 times
Step 4, tap Save to complete
