Reduce back pain

Create a practice routine to address the following issues:

  • back pain
  • lower back pain
  • waist pain
  • hip pain
  • Sciatic pain

How to build this routine

Step 1, go to Qigong tab, and select Customize Practice.

Step 2, tab + sign to add a new routine

Step 3, add the following practices one by one. Here are our recommended sequences:

  • Rotating waist, 10 times
  • Side bending waist, 3 times
  • Lower squatting, 10 times

Step 4, tap Save to complete
