Strengthen heart lungs and willpower (basic)

Create a practice routine to workout your arms, heart lungs, and push you out of your comfort zone. It can help to:

  • tone your arms
  • strengthen your heart and lungs
  • eliminate blockages in your system
  • build your willpower

How to build this routine

Step 1, go to Qigong tab, and select Customize Practice.

Step 2, tab + sign to add a new routine

Step 3, add the following practices one by one. Here are our recommended sequences:

  • Pushing mountains, 5 minutes
  • Waving arms, 20 times

Step 4, tap Save to complete
