A routine for your eye health
Create a practice routine to address the common eye health issues:
- dry eyes
- blurred vision
- eye fatigue
- dark circles under the eyes
- eye bags
How to build this routine
Step 1, go to Qigong tab, and select Customize Practice.
Step 2, tab + sign to add a new routine
Step 3, add the following practices one by one. Here are our recommended sequences:
- Rolling eyeballs, 3 times
- Staring at a distance, 3 minutes
- Eye massage, 10 times
Step 4, tap Save to complete
