A breathing routine to relax and relieve stress
Create a practice routine to address the following issues:
- asthma
- short breathing
- stress and tension in the body and mind
- panic and anxiety
- sleeping issues
How to build this routine
Step 1, go to Qigong tab, and select Customize Practice.
Step 2, tab + sign to add a new routine
Step 3, add the following practices one by one. Here are our recommended sequences:
- Deep breathing 2+1, 10 times
- Dantian breathing, 20 times
Step 4, tap Save to complete
