How to build this routine
Step 1, go to Qigong tab, and select Customize Practice.
Step 2, tab + sign to add a new routine
Step 3, add the following practices one by one. Here are our recommended sequences:
- Swing arms, 3 minutes
- Caterpillar movement, 5 minutes
- Wall squatting, 10 times
Step 4, tap Save to complete
