Reduce back pain
Create a practice routine to address the following issues:
- back pain
- lower back pain
- waist pain
- hip pain
- Sciatic pain
How to build this routine
Step 1, go to Qigong tab, and select Customize Practice.
Step 2, tab + sign to add a new routine
Step 3, add the following practices one by one. Here are our recommended sequences:
- Rotating waist, 10 times
- Side bending waist, 3 times
- Lower squatting, 10 times
Step 4, tap Save to complete
