A routine to relax your neck and shoulders

Create a practice routine to address the common issues:

  • neck pain
  • shoulder pain
  • neck sprain and strain
  • shoulder sprain and strain
  • stress attack
  • headache and migraine
  • sleeping problem

How to build this routine

Step 1, go to Qigong tab, and select Customize Practice.

Step 2, tab + sign to add a new routine

Step 3, add the following practices one by one. Here are our recommended sequences:

  • Horizontal turning neck, 5 times
  • Vertical turning neck, 5 times
  • Side turning head, 5 times
  • Rotating shoulders, 3 times
  • Squeezing shoulder blades, 3 times

Step 4, tap Save to complete
