A breathing routine to relax and relieve stress

Create a practice routine to address the following issues:

  • asthma
  • short breathing
  • stress and tension in the body and mind
  • panic and anxiety
  • sleeping issues

How to build this routine

Step 1, go to Qigong tab, and select Customize Practice.

Step 2, tab + sign to add a new routine

Step 3, add the following practices one by one. Here are our recommended sequences:

  • Deep breathing 2+1, 10 times
  • Dantian breathing, 20 times

Step 4, tap Save to complete
